Information collected
Sign-in supplies an account identifier and email through ChatGPT. A research profile records name, contact email, birth date, phone number, and address. Order requests record product selections, quantities, shipping choices, and submitted contact details. The site also stores newsletter preferences, support messages, and partner applications when you submit them.
Why we use it
These records support member access, age calculation, order-request handling, customer support, and requested communications. The operator can access records needed to run the storefront. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Services and notifications
The storefront uses Sites hosting, Cloudflare data storage, and ChatGPT authentication. Automatic order emails are not active. Requests are saved in the member account and operator dashboard.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies support sign-in. A language cookie remembers your chosen storefront language. Browser storage holds product IDs and quantities in your bag. An approved partner referral may set a 30-day referral cookie and create a click record; no IP address is stored by the application for that click.
Email preferences
Marketing updates require your separate opt-in, saved in your account. You can change that preference in Member Services. Transactional responses to a submitted order or support request are separate from marketing.
Access, correction, and deletion
Update your contact email from your account. To request access, corrections, or deletion of other records, use Contact. Retention periods and the legal business identity are being finalized before full commercial launch; information may need to be retained to resolve requests or meet obligations.
